All products are individually handcrafted and made to order therefore we cannot provide refunds.
Our wreaths are a visual display and should not be eaten
Please keep the wreath away from children and pets
We make every attempt to tuck all floristry wires away, but please be careful there can be sharp floristry wire on the back of the wreath
We make every attempt to keep the wreath clean and dry, but again this is a natural product and we cannot guarantee that any of the foliage, flowers or seeds don't leave behind a residue where hung
To care for your wreath, please do not hang in direct sunlight of next to heat
If it is warm you can mist every 3-4 days to help keep fresh
In cold winter months wreaths will stay fresh for 4-6 weeks
We make every attempt to create your wreath and deliver within 3-5 working days
